About the Role:
As a Storekeeper, you will be a key part of our retail operations, ensuring the smooth management of stock and inventory. You will help maintain a well-organized stockroom, support sales staff with product availability, and contribute to excellent customer experiences on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
🧾 Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming merchandise.
- Keep stock levels updated and organized for easy access.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor promptly and efficiently.
- Handle garments, accessories, and packaging with care to avoid damage.
📦 Stockroom Organization:
- Sort and label items correctly and ensure they are stored in appropriate areas.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly stockroom at all times.
- Implement smart storage practices to reduce search time and product damage.
👥 Customer Support:
- Assist sales staff and customers by locating items in the stockroom.
- Ensure the sales floor is consistently well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Play a role in providing a seamless shopping experience.
📊 Inventory Audits:
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
🛠️ Store Supplies & Product Handling:
- Monitor and manage supplies like hangers, tags, and packaging materials.
- Notify management when stock or supplies run low to avoid shortages.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards before they reach the floor.
🔐 Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance:
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety protocols.
- Secure stock and adhere to storage standards to reduce losses and damage.
🤝 Team Collaboration:
- Work hand-in-hand with store managers and the sales team to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive team culture.
