Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Helper to join our Everyday Goods (EDG) – Food team in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector. This vital support role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth logistics and pre-sales operations of our food distribution services. Reporting directly to the Sales Executive, the Helper will be responsible for loading, unloading, organizing goods, and assisting in delivery preparations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods for delivery to HORECA clients with care and efficiency.
- Organize and handle products systematically to prevent damage and support smooth delivery processes.
- Work alongside drivers and sales staff to verify and prepare accurate order quantities.
- Perform inventory checks before and after loading to maintain accuracy.
- Support warehouse operations by reporting low stock levels and assisting in restocking efforts.
- Keep loading zones clean and organized; ensure all handling equipment is in working condition.
- Help verify product counts during delivery and confirm order accuracy with clients.
- Communicate any loading, unloading, or delivery issues to the Sales Executive for swift resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a physically active, team-oriented environment.
