Bartender Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic F&B team at Hotel Local. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality brand known for creativity, quality, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a clean and organized bar setup before and during service.
- Serve drinks, snacks, and food to guests at the bar, outlets, or designated areas including rooms, pool, or gym.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the F&B menu to assist guests and support the waiting staff.
- Coordinate guest orders efficiently and ensure timely service.
- Observe table progress and communicate next-course timing with kitchen and wait staff.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and relay special requests or VIP needs.
- Assist with table clearance, cleaning, and resetting throughout and after service.
- Attend departmental meetings and F&B training sessions regularly.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments when needed.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service (training provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
